3- Conference Language
The official language of the Fourth SSN Annual International Conference in Riyadh - 2009 is English.

4- Final Programme and Abstracts
The final programme and abstracts will be published online prior to the congress on this website. Abstracts will also be published in the abstract book. Participants will receive a copy of the final programme and abstract book with the congress material at the foyer.

5- Poster Exhibition
Posters will be displayed at the Exhibition Hall at the King Fahad Cultural Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Information regarding poster format, set-up and dismantling will be sent to the authors along with their notification of acceptance.

6- Exhibition
The Fourth SSN Annual International Conference in Riyadh will be accompanied by a major exhibition for the sponsoring companies according to the category(ies). Potential exhibitors can request an exhibition/sponsoring brochure from the Secretary of the Annual Conference.

7- Currency
Currency in Saudi Arabia is Saudi Riyals (SR). One US$ = 3.75 SR (approx). All major Credit cards are accepted in major outlets.

8- Visa
The entry formalities for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia vary according to the country of origin. Please address inquiries about entry and vaccination requirements to your travel agent or the local Saudi consulate.
The other option is to send the following details to the conference secretariat to process the visa:
1- Full Name (as in the passport).
2- Passport number & Expiry date.
3- Photocopy of passport.
4- Nationality (ies).
5- Contact details (Mobile, Telephone, Fax, email, etc…)
6- CV.

9- Insurance
Please notice that the congress fee does not include insurance. All participants should arrange for their own insurance.

10- Climate
Riyadh climate is relatively mild. In March / April, the average temperature is 35° C during the day. Fluctuation between day and night temperatures is about 10° C. Rain is quite rare in these months.

11- Letter of Invitation
The Conference will be pleased to arrange for visa processing to attend the conference for any individual (see point # 8).
This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Letters of invitation may be requested from the conference office (info@ssn-sa.com)

12- C M E Accreditation:
This Conference is accredited by the Saudi Council For Health Specialties (SCFHS) and
International Society of Nephrology (ISN).
